Maurice Haylett 1945-2023 RIP

The band are sad to announce the death of  Maurice  ‘The Hat’Haylett  after a short battle with cancer, Maurice was an integral part of the Caravan family since 1970 .He was their sound engineer , tour manager ,  driver , and friend .The band wrote a song about him in 1970 titled “A day in the life of Maurice Haylett.” . ‘The little man who rang/And danced while he sang’ Maurice was a very special person and we are thinking of his family during this time. Maurice -you will be  missed , but not forgotten   RIP Ma
